“Howdy, this is my review of my home life at Stoney Ct of Stoney Creek Apts, written 11/9/2023. I lived on Stoney Ct in a 2nd level apt from Feb 2018 until end of Feb 2023. It was truly a wonderful place to live. My neighbor and I were good friends, and I suppose that was lucky, but overall, I am so grateful and fond of the memories I made in my home at Stoney Ct. My time at Stoney Ct was thoroughly enjoyable and felt safe. Debby, the landlady, is so nice and makes you feel at home, and listens when you need something, readily available. Maintenance always was helpful and responded in a reasonable time, within a day or so, to accommodate requests and issues. They fixed my sink a couple times, and put in a new washer when the old one broke down due to pure age. No fees. They always gave a notice when they had to enter the apt, and all of the maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Over the years, I had a couple gatherings/parties in evenings and there was plenty of parking for about 10 friends. Neighbors were never overly loud or disruptive. I knew most of my neighbors by sight, if not by name. Dogs and cats are allowed, and I never had an issue with stepping in dog doo. They regularly pick up the loose garbage that flies out of the trash trucks. The apartment complex is quite picturesque, I enjoyed running on the sidewalks by the woods. The place is within walking distance of Blacklick Woods Metro Park, and there's a lot of convenience given the proximity to Taylor Square's shopping center. I witnessed one incident in 5 years where there was a moderate concern for safety, it was simply someone who drank too much and was shouting incoherently. Police responded promptly. Never had any infestations of roaches or the like, and never witnessed violence or crime. When an old car was abandoned in the parking lot, they towed it away when I reported it. Can't remember anyone getting burgled, vehicle or otherwise. Yes rent has gone up. It's gone up everywhere. I didn't leave because of rent, I had to move for personal reasons. I was sad to leave. Take a look for yourself if you can to verify how 2023 has been for them, but I can attest I don't regret choosing to live at Stoney Creek Apartments one bit. Deserves a 5/5 star rating. I hope this review helps whomever reads it make an informed decision whether to live at this fine apartment complex.”

“Deb, Brittny, and the maintenance men make Stoney Creek such an enjoyable community to live in. They are all so attentive to any issues and are so kind with their delivery. I cannot recommend this apartment community enough. Fantastic amenities, safe area, quick and efficient service for any maintenance requests, and fun community events. I loved living here and wish I could stay longer! Don't hesitate to give this place a visit!”
